Meet the crew

  • Bob

Bob sold his first trailer when he was 16 years old. We won't tell you how old he is now, but let's just say he's been doing this awhile. He only works a few days a week now, but he watches his grandkids on his "days off". We think he actually comes to work to rest from babysitting. When he's not with his family or at work, you can usually find him in the great outdoors.

  • Carolyn

Carolyn is the Gert Boyle of Thompson RV. She and Bob built the business up from almost nothing with grit, hard work, and a lot of fun times. She never misses a day of work, so you can always count on her to be here to answer any questions you may have on a trailer, financing, or even the best places to camp!
  • Burton

Burton is our company TV star. But he's more than just a rugged face... When he was born, it is rumored that Bob looked at him and stated "A Salesman!". He's been in the business so long, he can answer any question you might have on practically anything related to RV's. If you're trying to find the perfect RV, or if you just can't remember how to hook up your batteries, he's here to help.

FANTASY FOOTBALL & BASEBALL CHAMP 2019 (pretty sure it was rigged...)

  • Corrin

Corrin has been working for the family business since she was old enough to answer the phone. Along with the day-to-day business at the store, she does all of the internet sales, social media, and photos for the website. She's also in charge of writing these biographies and is having a hard time writing in the third person... When not at work, Corrin can be found in the outdoors with her three little boys.

  • Casey

Burt always told his parents that they should have had more kids to help run the store. Well it doesn't get more like family than Casey! He started here when he was 16. He left for the valley, became a firefighter, found himself a pretty little gal, then decided it was time to move home. He has two beautiful daughters and loves to be in the outdoors. Just don't play wiffleball or badminton with him. Let's just say he gets a "bit" competitive...

  • Justin "Harv"

Justin started his career in the RV industry in 1986 working at Fleetwood here in Pendleton. He worked his way up from the line to forklift operator and then to the sales dept. After 9 years of working with TRV from the manufacturing side, he decided to bring his experience and jovial personality to our team in 2007. He can help answer any of your questions in service, parts or sales. He can probably even tell you a good joke or two...

  • Greg

Greg came to TRV in 2015 and we've all gained weight. His wife makes the best darn sweets and she's always sending them to work. (Keep up the good work Brenda!) Bob and Greg used to coach Little League together, so we knew he would fit right into the TRV team. He's an avid outdoorsman and has been camping for years. When you come to pick up your unit, there's a good chance Greg is the one who serviced it. AND he's Casey's dad!

  • Kelly

Kelly is the self proclaimed "Parts King". He first started in the Fleetwood Pendleton plant in 1990. Any questions you have on parts or accessories, he's your man. Just don't ask his advice on Fanatasy Football. He's been the last place finisher two years running in the company Fantasy Football league...
He also happens to be Levin's dad. (Anyone seeing a trend here?)

LAST PLACE FANTASY FOOTBALL '14, '15
  • Jim

Jim started working for "Uncle Bob" at 15. Over the last 15+ years, he's worked his way up from cleaner to  servicing new units. He's extremely meticulous and has been a great addition to the TRV team. He's always in a good mood and you can count on him for a laugh.
  • Tom

Tom started his career in the chassis shop at Fleetwood Pendleton.
He came to work for TRV in 1993 and he STILL fits in the same size pants as he did back then. He is a Jack-Of-All-Trades. He does everything in our shop from fixing furnaces to installing hitches. He has a major love of music...After all, he is a Crosby... For real, he's related to Crosby of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.
  • Mark

Mark has been in the RV industry since 1979. He started in the mill at the Pendleton Fleetwood plant, and then worked his way up to manager. Fleetwood then sent him to Kentucky to be their Plant Manager. He then decided he wanted a place to work that was fun without the stress of a big corporation.  And if you just can't remember who sings that song from the 60's or 70's, he can help you with that too!

CORN TOSS CHAMP '13, '14, '15 '16(Ok Almost every year... They're his boards so it hardly counts, right?)
  • Lee

Lee is our "white glove" man, and not in a Michel Jackson sorta way... He's the one that goes through each sold unit and makes sure every little thing is perfect! That's not to say that he doesn't occasionally listen to a little MJ and moon walk... He's pretty talented like that.
    (Is anyone still reading these?)
